Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall performance and call quality with a focus on sale revenues,
close rates and customer
satisfaction
• Ability to develop and implement processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency
• Handle customer complaints/client issues, escalating as needed
• Provide a positive customer experience
• Accept inbound calls/chats from customers
• Gather information from the customer to make appropriate recommendations for products and services
• Effectively resolve issues or concerns
• Other duties as required or assigned



Sales Manager Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Creating and implementing a sales plan
• Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
• Analyzing sales data
• Presentation skills
• Management and leadership skills
• Developing budgets
• Mentoring and coaching sales reps

Education and Experience Requirements:

• At least 5 year experience in selling equipment


Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, organized, self-motivated, able to drive (class 5 driver's license).
